Customer Photo Policy

This policy explains how photos submitted for personalized portraits are handled.

Who may upload

You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have permission from the parent or legal guardian to use the image for the order. Do not upload scraped, celebrity, school-directory, or other unauthorized third-party images.

How the photo is used

The photo is used to create and review the requested personalized portrait, support the order, prevent abuse, and resolve a customer-service issue. It is not public by default.

Metadata and retention

Embedded image metadata such as EXIF and location data is removed during intake. Raw source photos are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Watermarked previews and production files follow the disclosed order-retention workflow and are deleted when no longer required for the order, support, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Training and marketing

We do not reuse a child’s source photo for marketing or model training without separate, explicit permission.

Service providers

Authorized infrastructure, image-processing, commerce, payment, email, printing, and delivery providers may process the minimum information needed to supply their part of the service. They may not use it for an unrelated purpose on our instructions.

Deletion requests

Use the contact page to request deletion or ask how a photo connected to an order is being handled. Some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud, payment, or legal obligations.
