Shipping
Every shirt is printed to order, so there are two stages: the time it takes to make your shirt, and the time it takes to travel to you.
How long it takes
- Production (printing your order): 2–7 business days
- Transit — United States: 2–5 business days once it leaves the print facility
- Transit — international: 5–20 business days
So a typical US order arrives 4–12 business days after you place it. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and an order placed on a weekend starts production the next business day.
During peak periods such as Día de Muertos and December, production runs at the longer end of that range. We would rather say so here than let you find out after ordering.
Shipping cost
Cost is calculated by order weight and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on orders of $79 USD or more.
Where we ship
United States, plus Australia, Austria, Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Singapore, United Kingdom and Vietnam. If your country is not listed, checkout will not offer a shipping rate — email cs@laherenciaco.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the print facility. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in what you pay us and are not something we can waive or refund. They are set by your customs authority, not by us.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email cs@laherenciaco.com straight away — we can usually correct it before production starts. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied, we cannot recover it.
