Production begins after the personalized portrait review is complete. Personalization, printing, and transit are separate stages.

Rates, destinations, and estimates

Available shipping services, charges, and destination-specific delivery estimates are shown during checkout. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless explicitly stated.

Tracking

When tracking is supported by the selected shipping service, it is sent to the order email after the package leaves production.

Address changes and carrier delays

Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins. Weather, peak volume, customs, and carrier disruptions can affect transit.
