You see the personalized portrait before ordering the print. The preview exists to remove the uncertainty that usually comes with personalized artwork.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the poster arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong size, or materially differs from the approved preview because of a production error.

Include the order number, a photo of the complete poster, a close-up of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label. Eligible claims are remade or refunded to the original payment method.

Artistic interpretation

The portrait is stylized artwork rather than a photographic copy. Screen and print colors can differ slightly. Requests to change the controlled dragon, wardrobe, pose, background, or composition are not defects.

Customer-provided errors

We cannot guarantee a free remake when the wrong source photo, size, personalization information, or shipping address was approved by the customer.
