Production begins after the personalized portrait review is complete. Personalization, printing, and transit are separate stages.

Rates and destinations

The shipping services, charges, and destination-specific delivery estimate available for an order are shown during checkout. We do not promise a delivery date that is not displayed and supported for the destination entered.

Tracking

When tracking is available for the selected service, it is sent to the email used for the order after the package leaves production.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is wrong. An address may no longer be changeable after the order enters production or shipment.

Delays

Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, peak-season volume, customs, and address problems can affect transit after a package leaves production.
