Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Every La Herencia Co shirt is printed for you after you order. Shipping a shirt back across the country costs more than the shirt is worth and helps nobody — so we do not ask you to.
If something is wrong with your order
Damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item? Email cs@laherenciaco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will ship you a replacement free of charge. You do not need to send anything back. Keep the original, or pass it on to someone in your community who can use it — a shelter, a church drive, a neighbour. We would rather it stay in use than come back to us.
If you simply changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund — including if you just changed your mind, or the size is not right. You do not need to explain yourself, and you still do not need to ship anything back.
Email cs@laherenciaco.com with your order number. Once we confirm, we refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind requests.
Because the shirt stays with you, we ask one thing: if you are not going to wear it, please donate it locally rather than throw it away.
How long the money takes
We process approved refunds within 3 business days. Your bank usually posts it 5–10 business days after that.
Wrong size
We do not run exchanges. Request a refund under the 30-day rule above and place a new order in the size you want — you are not waiting on two shipments in sequence, and you keep the first shirt.
Lost or never delivered
If tracking says delivered but the parcel is not there, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund you — your choice.
What we cannot do
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Damage or misprint reported more than 7 days after delivery, where we can no longer tell whether it left us that way
- Gift cards
Questions before you buy? Ask at cs@laherenciaco.com. We would rather answer first than refund later.
