Refund and remake policy

The personalized preview is shown before purchase so you can review the stylized likeness before ordering the print.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if the poster arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong size, or materially differs from the approved preview because of a production error.

Include the order number, a photo of the complete item, a close-up of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label. Eligible claims are remade or refunded to the original payment method.

Personalized artwork

A personalized order may not be cancellable after production begins. The portrait is stylized artwork rather than a photographic copy. Minor screen-to-print color differences are not necessarily defects.

Customer-provided errors

Uploading the wrong photo, approving visible personalization information, selecting the wrong size, or entering an incorrect delivery address does not automatically qualify for a free remake.
