Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with La Herencia Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

La Herencia Co designs and sells original heritage apparel. Contact: cs@laherenciaco.com.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay us: item price plus shipping plus any tax shown. Import duties, if any, are separate and charged by your own country. Payment is taken at checkout.

Product accuracy

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Garment colour can look slightly different between screens, and because these are printed garments, small variations in print placement are normal and not a defect.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography and written copy on this site is original work owned by La Herencia Co. You may not reproduce, resell or use it commercially without our written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt — not a licence to the artwork.

Cultural material

Our designs draw on Mexican history, folk art and religious iconography. We research what we put on a shirt and we do not claim to speak for any community, church or institution. If we get something wrong, tell us at cs@laherenciaco.com and we will correct or withdraw it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
